Due to the customized nature of these items, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for personalized products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unlikely event that your personalized product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will work swiftly to rectify the issue by offering a replacement or issuing a refund.

Cancellation Policy:
As personalized items are made-to-order, cancellation requests can only be accommodated within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Please review all personalization details provided at the time of purchase carefully. We aim to create products exactly as specified in your order. However, it's crucial to verify the accuracy of names, dates, spellings, and any other personalized information as we cannot be held responsible for errors overlooked during the ordering process.
